Joint Effects Model
JEM is a web-based software application that supplies the Department of Defense with the one and only accredited tool to effectively model and simulate the effects of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) weapon strikes and incidents.
MPA performed the roles of:
full-stack software system integrator
CBRNE hazard assessment subject-matter experts
lead integrator/developer for critical subcomponents such as: Meteorological Processing, Radiological Transport, Nuclear Facility Accident, Radiological Weapon and Waterborne Transport

MPA Integrated the data architecture and modeling capability of SHARC into the JEM2 Program of Record.
